There will be no check-out and check-in on the same day:

The time interval between one guest and another will be at least 24 hours, in order to carry out thorough cleaning and effective sanitization of the apartment.

Products for cleaning the house and dishes (detergents and sanitizers) are available to guests.

Tourist tax: 1 € per person per night (to be paid in cash on arrival). Children up to 14 years of age are exempt.

 

All identity documents must be presented on arrival.

 

Deposit required at booking: 30% to be paid by bank transfer or Paypal.

Balance by bank transfer or PayPal: 1 week before arrival.

Security Deposit required: 150,00 euro.

 

Arrival and departure allowed from Monday to Saturday: times (to be agreed)

Arrivals from h 15,00 until h 19,00

Departures within 10,00 a.m. This gives us enough time to make sure every guest finds a clean and pleasant accommodation.

The autumn months are also ideal for holidays. Just the right place for a lake, cultural or hiking holiday. It is then sunny and still warm until October or even November. Even if the nights are sometimes already cool, you can still sit in the street cafés during the day, relax and watch the lively activity and enjoy the clear air and fantastic views.. 

 

We have equipped this holiday accommodation with great attention to detail. We always want to keep the quality of our offer high and place great importance on all guests feeling comfortable from the beginning to the end of their stay.
