We have taken careful measures to sanitize the property.

There will be no check-out and check-in on the same day:

The time interval between one guest and another will be at least 24 hours, in order to carry out thorough cleaning and effective sanitization of the apartment.

Products for cleaning the house and dishes (detergents and sanitizers) are available to guests.

We rent for short periods (from a minimum of 4 nights to a maximum of 4 weeks) mainly in the period from mid-April to mid-October.

SHEETS and TOWELS provided at an extra charge of € 15 per person. We provide a set of towels for each guest (personal, face and shower), no weekly change;

• Parking (max. 1 car) in the fenced condominium courtyard.

Arrival and departure times to be agreed from Monday to Saturday.

In this way we have the necessary time to ensure that each guest finds a clean and pleasant accommodation.
